About the Producer
Step in from the cold and pop the kettle on, its time to warm up with some Christmas Blend. Every year, we create a blend that is perfect for sharing, as a batch brew, cafetiere, or showing off your home espresso set up. This is a crowd pleaser coffee for the whole family.
For the 2025 edition, we have a 50/50 blend of two coffees from the Americas. Brazil Eagle Monte Carmelo is a coffee grown and processed to show off the classic profile of the Cerrado Mineiro region. Grown at 800-1200masl, this lot has been naturally processed. A portion of the profits at the farm are invested in programs that promote gender equality and empower women in the field.
 The other half is made up of Costa Rica Finca Casa de Piedra. A family business, founded in 2013 by father daughter duo Gerardo and Jennifer Arias. The farm is dedicated to the production, processing, and marketing of the finest Costa Rican Tarrazú coffees in harmony with the environment. A variety of lots are produced here, and we have gone with the washed, red catuai for the Christmas Blend.
